Peoples Panel signs off draft Community Plan
The NW Ipswich Big Local Trust has just had the first draft of its Neighbourhood Community Plan signed off by the Peoples Panel. The Plan goes out to public consultation as from today for a period of 12 weeks, closing on the 27th April 2012.
The draft plan sets out the priorities for NW Ipswich, which have been identified by residents, voluntary organisations and statutory bodies working in the local community. A Visioning Event held back in December 2011, also helped to shape the content of the plan and now BLT would like to find out from other people living in the area, if there is anything else that people would like to see included.
The plan will be used in the future as the basis for decision making when it comes to spending £1million funding set aside by the Big Lottery Fund for North West Ipswich.
Residents can view the plan here. If you don’t have access to the internet, a hard copy of the plan can be sent to you by post. We would really be pleased to hear your comments and views on what you would like to see included.
