The essential element of the 150 Big Local groups around the UK is that it is run by local people, for local people.

The area is defined and in our case it’s within NW Ipswich comprising of Whitehouse, Whitton and part of Castle Hill. We have a Partnership which is a group of up to 30 residents & advisory members. The advisory members are key sources of information, local knowledge and support but only resident members make the decisions and have a vote.
