NW Ipswich Big Local Trust is working in partnership with ActivLives to open a Friday Friends Dementia Café as part of our steps to becoming a more dementia friendly community. As part of the set up process we need someone with passion & experience to lead the weekly sessions. If you would like to find out more about this exciting job opportunity please read on.

ActivLives is looking to appoint a Friday Friends Co-ordinator to be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a well-planned weekly café programme, the smooth running of the session and also organising speakers, advice, information and appropriate activities for carers and cared for.

Do you have the passion, qualifications and experience to help develop a new Friday Friends Dementia Café in the Whitehouse area of Ipswich?

Under the management and supervision of ActivLives and working in partnership with the North West Ipswich Big Local Trust, the North West Senior Citizens Working Group and local volunteers, you will develop a new Friday Friends Dementia Café at Whitehouse Baptist Church, Ipswich.
